Pre-Rinse Spray Valves Specification Version 1.0
In 2009, the EPA’s WaterSense and ENERGY STAR Programs launched an effort to collaborate with ASME and ASTM in developing a performance and efficiency criteria that would inform a joint EPA specification for Pre-Rinse Spray Valves (PRSVs). In 2012, EPA decided not to pursue joint requirements and instead, promote the EPA’s WaterSense PRSV specification once finalized.
