Subject Matter Experts
Titan America's corporate energy team includes subject matter experts that support the Program Manager and serve as technical resources for the Energy Champions at the plant level. Membership of the team includes the Corporate Electrical Engineer, Corporate Civil Engineer, Corporate Mechanical Engineer, Corporate Environmental Manager, and Corporate Mining Engineer coordinated by the Director of Technology.

Energy Intensity Monitoring at all Sites
Titan America's energy management program benchmarks and monitors the energy intensity at all of their sites. This includes 2 cement plants, 8 cement distribution terminals, 60 ready mixed concrete plants, and 7 concrete block plants. Energy and production data for these facilities are recorded on a monthly basis, and key performance indicators are generated per facility and per business unit basis every month. These energy performance metrics are used to identify key areas and facilities of interest, in order to effectively implement Titan's energy management programs.
