Benchmarking across company sites
Holcim requires each Site Energy Champion to be responsible for conducting a minimum of three energy assessments - one assessment at his/her plant - and two visits to other facilities to learn or share new techniques and best practices. Collectively, the Champions also referred to as the Energy Network, meet each month via conference call to share updates on programs, action plans and the next steps to achieve targets, best practices and improvement potentials, and to address questions and solicit support.
