Entergy Arkansas
 2012 The Entergy Arkansas New Homes Program awards financial incentives to homebuilders who submit certification of the construction of qualified new homes in the Entergy Arkansas service area. Under this program, two types of incentives are available: Tier 1: $600 for each high-performance home. Tier 2: $1,000 for each ENERGY STAR® certified home. Participation Benefits Up to $1,000 in rebates per qualified home. Free sales and technical training courses. Marketing support, including free marketing materials. Support from a program account manager. note: Residences contractually required to meet a HERS 70 for other programs may be deemed "free riders" and not qualify.
