The second of a two parcel commercial office complex known as Crescent Ridge Corporate Center it is situated on 12.3 acres, adjacent to a natural wetland in the western suburban market of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Improvements implemented while pursuing the ENERGY STAR certification consist of re-commissioning of the buildings HVAC system, fresh air supply and exhaust systems. Re-defining standard operating hours and optimizing Air Handling Units ability to utilize the free cooling operation function improved the efficiency of the heating and cooling systems. Additional controls were added to the outside air system to regulate thee outside air based on occupancy. With the re-commissioning we both improved energy savings and improved tenant satisfaction.

Crescent Ridge II achieved ENERGY STAR certification in 2006 and 2007.
