Lantana Center is a two-story building that houses film- and television-related tenants. The building was originally built in 1958 and experienced a major retrofit in 1989. In 2004, the building?s management performed a complete lighting retrofit utilizing T8 lamps and occupancy sensors. The retrofit payback period was 1.7 years, and resulted in savings of more than $60,500 per year. Additionally, a new cool roof was installed in 2008 using a Sarnafil PVC product. The building has an active tenant education program about energy efficiency.
