Johns Manville Plaza is a 760,000 GSF Class A office Building in downtown Denver, which is owned by the Prudential Insurance Company of America. The Lobby opens onto a 40,000 SF plaza that creates a welcome rest stop for pedestrians on their way through Denver's financial district.
