Canyon Corporate Plaza I is a six-story, multi-tenant, Class A office building consisting of more than 132,700 rentable square feet. Canyon Corporate Plaza I offers unparalleled freeway visibility and access, which is a distinct competitive advantage. In addition, Canyon Corporate Plaza I also offers an amenity-rich location, strong corporate identity with freeway signage, and an excellent variety of floor plates which appeal to small, medium, and large tenants. Details of the facility?s upgrades include:

Lighting:  Over the years, the facility?s management has been upgrading the lighting throughout the property, including replacing T12 bulbs with T8's. They also changed out all incandescent lamps to compact florescent lights and changed all exit lights and elevator cabs to LEDs. Management installed occupancy sensors in all public areas and restrooms to keep the lights off when areas are not in use.

 

HVAC:  The facility has an Alerton Energy Management System, which allows the building to run more energy efficiently at all times. Management also installed Variable Frequency Drives on the cooling towers at the property.

 

Plumbing:  The facility has all new automatic flush values, therefore reducing water consumption.

 

Roofing:  In 2007, the building?s management installed a cool roof to reduce energy costs.

 

Windows:  The window glass is a tinted, dual-pane, high-performance system.

Communications:

The facility has earned ENERGY STAR certification in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
