As part of the company's on-going energy efficiency program, Centerpointe La Palma (6) was chosen to have a lighting retrofit. The retrofit consisted of modifying the existing three tube fixtures by adding reflectors, reducing the number of lamps from three to two, and replacing the standard F-40 lamps with energy efficient T-8 lamps.
