La Jolla Village Professional Center is a 183,315-square-foot office complex in the La Jolla/UTC area located two blocks west of Interstate 5. Opened in 1980, La Jolla Village Professional Center includes office and medical space, two full-service restaurants, and a deli, and is professionally managed. The ocean-close location and proximity to restaurants, shopping, dining, and hotels creates a special work environment that our tenants and their customers value. A rich, wood-sided design and courtyards with comfortable deck seating, bubbling fountains, and aroma of pine trees add to the tranquil ambience of this one-of-a-kind center.
La Jolla Village Professional Center is managed in-house, and engineering services are staffed by Paragon Engineering Services. The management and staff always strive to improve efficiency without compromising service. Our trademark remains, “Managing for Your Success®”. Over the years, many energy-saving projects have been completed, including adding window film, installing T-8 lighting, retrofitting electronic ballasts, and installing LED exit lighting, a new state of the art energy management system (EMS), and 163 new water source heat pumps.
Since 2002, La Jolla Village Professional Center has made energy efficiency through ENERGY STAR an important part of our operations. In 2011, we again earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance with an ENERGY STAR score of 94.
