Our continuing commitment to sustainability is evidenced not only by our new development projects, which incorporate the latest technologies and advancements, but also by our efforts to conserve natural resources through our day-to-day operations of our existing properties, including 30 N. LaSalle.

The lighting base building areas have been replaced with energy-efficient fixtures, while occupancy sensors have been installed in appropriate areas to turn off the lights when not in use. We have also installed timers on multi-tenant corridor lighting to help reduce electricity consumption, while installing variable frequency drives (VFDs) on domestic water pumps, resulting in reduced electricity consumption of approximately 480,000 kWh annually.

Our goal at 30 N. LaSalle is to deliver exceptional facilities and service while managing our resource use in an efficient and environmentally-conscious manner. We will continue to proactively investigate and implement new energy initiatives at 30 N. LaSalle that are consistent with Tishman Speyer's commitment to sustainability.
