The building is part of a $600 million mixed-use, multi-phased project set on 10 prime acres at the intersection of Buckhead's most prominent and recognizable thoroughfares--Peachtree and Piedmont--and was developed by Cousins Properties Incorporated and designed by renowned Duda-Paine Architects. Terminus 100 is 96-percent leased.
The building was erected in 2007 and ENERGY STAR performance levels were met by the original design. We thank Bob Spruell sma, Chief Engineer, who oversaw the building from ground up and is credited with pursuing this achievement.
