With this retrofit, we have seen an approximate savings of $59,000. The building staff did all of the labor themselves. This saved another $68,000 in labor charges. With these small changes mentioned above, Highland Landmark III has seen its ENERGY STAR score rise from 72 to 84. The payback was less than 1 year.
