Built in 1995, Hookston Square is a 3-story, Class A project consisting of two buildings that total approximately 206,000 rentable square feet. The project is located on approximately 9.5 acres of lushly landscaped grounds including a central courtyard with elaborate water features and extensive seating. Shallow bay depths and a continuous glassline offer tremendous views of the site and surrounding hillsides.

 

The building has earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance multiple years in a row. It's also ideally located for commuters and offers many onsite and nearby amenities, helping tenants use their cars less frequently. The project has easy access via Interstate 680 on/off ramps at both Monument Blvd. and Treat Blvd., and is within walking distance to the Pleasant Hill BART station. The County Connection bus service also stops in front of the project. On-site amenities include free fitness with shower/locker, management office, a full service deli, and security guard.  There is ample free surface parking (3.7/1000) evenly distributed throughout the project.
