210 University is a 130,000-square-foot, nine-story, multi-tenant office building located at 210 University Boulevard in the Cherry Creek North submarket of the Denver Metro Region. Major renovations performed in 2008 and 2009 included a cosmetic facelift and extensive energy enhancements, including a new chiller, a new cooling tower, occupancy sensors, lighting retrofits, variable frequency drives, water-saving toilets, and xeric landscaping with a drip system.

 

The building is managed by Transwestern with continued emphasis on energy management and sustainability. The management and engineering team and its vendor partners are committed to reducing the building’s environmental footprint and operating costs for Transwestern’s clients. The approach used in operating the building continues to favor no-cost and low-cost energy savings opportunities.
