Built in 1998, Ballantyne Two is a five-story, Class A commercial office building located in the thriving Ballantyne area, just south of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The Ballantyne Two is just one of many buildings located in Ballantyne Corporate Park, which was recently declared the International Office Park of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Ballantyne Corporate Park is a 535-acre, master-planned, first-class business community consisting of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial office space, nearly 600 hotel rooms, and numerous medical, retail, and recreational amenities. 

Ballantyne Two?s management maximizes building energy performance through the use of high efficiency T-8 lamps with electronic ballasts in addition to a Building Automation System (BAS) for building control.
