The AT&T Tower is a 35-story, Class A office tower located within the core of Minneapolis' central business district. Built in 1991 by Ryan Companies US, Inc, the AT&T Tower is constructed of structural steel with a glass fa�ade and comprises 610,154 square feet of rentable space. Column-free floor plates average 19,500 square feet. Amenities include underground parking, two large conference facilities, and an ATM.

The AT&T Tower was originally constructed as the third phase of the International Centre project. This project consists of three office buildings and a 400-car underground parking garage connected to the atrium. The atrium offers tenant amenities including several restaurants, a convenience store, and skyway connections.

Energy saving projects have been completed in three phases. During phase one, Ryan Companies US, Inc. installed variable frequency drives (VFDs) on core water pumps and floor valves to reduce the flow to heat pumps during unoccupied hours. In phase two, the team installed occupancy sensors in all restrooms. And in phase three, Ryan Companies upgraded the Energy Management System (EMS) to allow load shedding and installed VFDs on the cooling tower fan motors for better control and optimum savings.

The building is currently in the process of changing the building standard T-8 lamps from 32 to 28 watt fluorescent.
