Owned and managed by Hines, Douglas Corporate Centre II is a three-story, 105,000-square-foot office building in the Roseville submarket of Sacramento, CA. Construction was completed in 2003, with retrofits performed in 2008. The building's chevron-shaped footprint includes a two-story lobby at the apex, which frames an elegant water feature at the campus entrance. Finally, additional efforts under consideration--including solar-powered parking area lighting, reflective window treatments, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) on air handling units--should result in further improvements in energy efficiency at the property.
