3000 Corporate Exchange is a 6-story office building located in northern Columbus, Ohio. The building was constructed in 1998 and is 161,000 square feet. 3000 Corporate Exchange is owned by Westminster Funds and managed by CB Richard Ellis. This building is a Class A office building with consistently high tenant occupancy rates.

Because of the design features of the building, management only had to make minor changes to achieve the ENERGY STAR.  The HVAC units are on a timer and shut down after hours to save on energy and maintenance costs. The parking lot and site lighting have photo cells.  The building also utilizes high efficiency T-8 lamps with electronic ballasts, and all incandescent light fixtures have been switched to energy-saving compact fluorescent bulbs (CFLs).

3000 Corporate Exchange prides itself on being a "green" building.  To realize further performance improvements, additional updates are planned in the near future. Occupancy sensors will be installed in the restrooms, electrical closets, and janitor closets.  Restrooms have been switched over to hands-free towel dispensers, to reduce building waste, and waterless urinals and hands-free faucets, to reduce water consumption. The energy efficiency is expected to increase after the installation of a variable frequency drives (VFDs) on all air handler units and cooling tower fans.

Westminster Corporate Exchange, LLC and CB Richard Ellis, Inc. are partnering to achieve a greener building and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and are pursuing a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB?) certification for the building.
