The Centex Building at The International Center in Dallas, Texas achieves benchmark energy conservation and operating efficiencies. Engineered and developed by Harwood International of Dallas, it carries an unprecedented ENERGY STAR rating of 99. The mid-rise building, designed by noted architect Richard Keating, is the corporate headquarters for Centex, one of the nation's largest residential home developer and construction contractor.
