The building consists of steel frame construction with concrete slab on grade and floors, and the interior walls are primarily constructed of wood framing and drywall. The main lobby is comprised of marble with carpet inlay on the floor and marble paneling on the walls, and tenant spaces are covered with a combination of carpeting and vinyl flooring. Air conditioning is supplied primarily by water source heat pumps. The building recently earned the ENERGY STAR as a result of building upgrades and the due diligence of the management staff.
