Arena Corporate Center consists of three low-rise office buildings on approximately 23 acres in the City of Anaheim, California. These two-story, concrete tilt-up buildings were constructed in June, 2003.

Adjacent to the Honda Center, Arena Corporate Center has exceptional visibility and signage opportunities with over 1,000 feet of freeway frontage on the 57 Freeway and traffic counts over 300,000 cars per day. The 57, 5, 22 and 91 Freeways are all within 2 miles of the property. The project features a dramatic, central, palm-lined plaza and fountain entry. The central plaza offers outdoor furniture and electrical and fiber connectivity to allow outdoor meetings for up to 150 people. This central one-half acre park may also be used for everyday lunch and recreational use. Additionally, Arena Corporate Center offers tenants a jogging trail, basketball/volleyball court and men's and women's shower rooms.

Each building features Class-A interior finishes in the building lobby with upgraded travertine stone and marble finishes, copper clad elevator walls, and pendant lighting fixtures. Arena's upgraded building systems have raised the standards for traditional low-rise office design in Orange County. Arena Corporate Center has been built to the stringent seismic standards of the 1997 Uniform Building Code. The project offers 3,000 amps, three-phase 277-volt service per building with the capacity for easy expansion to 4,000 amps. Arena provides two HVAC units per floor for more efficient and flexible HVAC zoning. Each building has been designed with a back-up generator pad with conduit in place for easy installation. The project is designed with a high capacity telecommunications pathway linking all three buildings through underground conduits, as well as conduit runs preinstalled for rooftop communications.

In May 2007, 1500 South Douglass Road was certified for ENERGY STAR and proudly displays a plaque in the main lobby.  Our building also participated in Earth Day 2008, providing free CFLs and valuable information to the tenants and earning company-wide praise and recognition.
