Opened in 2009, Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne is a LEED-certified hotel with more than 130 rooms. Aloft is located in the thriving Ballantyne area just south of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. With its loft-inspired design and free flowing energy, the hotel offers a modern, fresh, and fun destination.

 

The facility's management maximizes building energy performance through the use of high efficiency T-8 lamps with electronic ballasts, LED bulbs, and occupancy sensors, in addition to a Building Automation System (BAS) for building control.
