The Clifton Center is Louisville's premier conference and performance center located just east of downtown in the Frankfort Avenue corridor. Our 1930's building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places includes a 500-seat theatre, a large reception hall for groups up to 300 seated and five rooms that serve from 15-65 people. We provide the region with great spaces for people to meet and greet, to rehearse and perform, and to celebrate and educate. The Center is undergoing an energy-saving review by a LEED certified architect to help guide the remaining renovations of the facility and is participating in a Change the World, Start with ENERGY STAR NEED project.
