An educational webinar was hosted by The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR Program and The Climate Savers Computing Initiative on March 30, 2009 and attended by over 200 people. The session provided an overview of the benefits and challenges of activating sleep setting on computers in an enterprise setting. Speakers from Climate Savers, Forrester Research, EPA, Verizon and others addressed:
