Statement of Energy Performance

The Data Checklist provides a summary of a property's physical and operating characteristics, as well as its total energy consumption, to assist Professional Engineers in double-checking the information that the building owner or operator has entered into the Portfolio Manager. This document supplements the Statement of Energy Performance by providing a comprehensive review of the physical and operating characteristics that contribute to your building's performance. The Data Checklist must be signed by a Professional Engineer and sent to EPA along with the Statement of Energy Performance for your building to receive the ENERGY STAR.
