ENERGY STAR Homes Version 2.5 and 3 Guidelines
Regional Specifications
EPA has developed regional specifications for the following locations:
- Florida — EPA has released Version 2.5 and Version 3 & 3.1 guidelines for the state of Florida. See the Florida Implementation Timeline for more details.
- California — EPA has released Version 2.5 and Version 3 guidelines for the state of California. See the California Implementation Timeline for more details.
- Hawaii — EPA has released Version 2.5 and Version 3 guidelines for the state of Hawaii. See the Hawaii Implementation Timeline for more details.
- Puerto Rico — EPA has released Version 2.5 and Version 3 guidelines for Puerto Rico. See the Puerto Rico Implementation Timeline for more details.
- Massachusetts — EPA has released Version 3.1 guidelines for Massachusetts.
County-level ENERGY STAR Reference Designs
Choose the state or territory in which you are interested. Note that EPA has not yet developed regional ENERGY STAR Reference Designs for California, Guam, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Therefore these states and territories have been excluded from the list below.
