City of Topeka 
(284KB) — encourages energy efficiency to reduce high utility costs that hinder Community Housing Development Organizations' capacity to provide affordable housing.
New Jersey Green Homes (71KB) — requires ENERGY STAR qualification for all state financed affordable housing including low income tax credits.
