This session is for new and emerging programs with a broad introduction to HPwES and its value as an existing energy efficiency program. Participants will learn what is needed and how to start a HPwES program. Potential program sponsors (utilities and state governments) will have opportunity to meet the National HPwES Team and successful leaders of other programs and ask any HPwES program start up questions. This session is not intended for veteran HPwES program participants.
