Help your client communicate with everyone in their organization. Develop targeted information for key audiences about your client’s energy management program. Create incentives that motivate staff to help achieve goals. Encourage your client to bring in their in-house marketing communications team to help them get the word out.
Through training, access to information, and transfer of successful practices, procedures, and technologies, you can expand the capacity of your client’s staff to carry out the action plan.
Track and monitor
Use Portfolio Manager or Plant EPIs to track and monitor progress regularly.
